1. About MyOwner

MyOwner is a digital marketing agency based in Bangalore, India, specialising in real estate lead generation, website development, and ad campaign management.

2. Scope of Services

Services provided by MyOwner include but are not limited to:

• Meta Ads campaign setup, management, and optimisation
• Microsite and landing page development
• Website design and development
• WhatsApp automation and CRM integration
• UGC video scripting, production, and editing
• Social media management and brand building

The exact scope for each client is defined in the project agreement or proposal shared before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance is required before work begins on any project
• Remaining 50% is due upon project delivery or go-live, whichever comes first
• Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month
• Payments must be made within 5 business days of invoice
• GST (18%) is applicable on all services as per Indian tax law

4. Campaign Performance

MyOwner uses industry best practices and data-driven strategies to optimise campaigns. However, we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, CPL targets, or ROAS figures. Performance metrics displayed on our website are based on historical results and may not be replicated for every client.

Factors outside our control — including ad platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client response time to leads — affect campaign outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to ad accounts, assets, and approvals
• Ensure all property information and claims are accurate and legal
• Respond to leads promptly (speed-to-lead directly impacts conversions)
• Maintain sufficient ad budget in your Meta/Google account
• Notify us of any changes to the project scope in writing

6. Intellectual Property

All creatives, ad copies, website designs, and content produced by MyOwner remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership transfers to the client for agreed deliverables only.

MyOwner retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep campaign data, pricing, strategies, and business information confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 15 days written notice
• One-time projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced
• In case of client default on payment, MyOwner reserves the right to pause or terminate all services immediately

9. Limitation of Liability

MyOwner's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or missed sales opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Amendments

MyOwner reserves the right to update these terms. Continued engagement after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
